Refund Policy
We do our best to ensure you are fully satisfied with every order. This policy outlines your right to return products and provides a clear framework for any issues with your order.
1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Policy)
You have a period of **14 calendar days** after receiving your order to notify us of your wish to return a product, with no reason required.
**Return Conditions:**
- The product must be **unused** and in perfect condition.
- It must be returned in its **original packaging**, complete with all accessories and manuals.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
2. Order Cancellation
An order can be canceled if it has not yet been shipped. After **12 hours from the time of purchase**, your order is sent to our logistics team. If it has not yet begun the shipping process, we can proceed with a full refund. Otherwise, you will need to wait for delivery and then initiate a return.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Package not received:
- **Delay of less than 15 days:** The package is still in transit. Please be patient.
- **Delay of more than 40 days:** The package is considered lost. We will resend a new product to you at no additional cost.
Package marked as "delivered" by the carrier:
Once a package is marked as delivered, it is considered received. We cannot be held responsible for theft or loss after this confirmation. In case of a dispute, you must file a claim directly with the carrier.
4. Return Procedure

**For a defective or damaged product:**
If the product you received is defective or was damaged during delivery, you have **14 days after receipt** to notify us.

After our team validates the defect, we will offer you a choice between:
- A **full refund** for your order.
- The shipment of a **new replacement product**.

5. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Once the returned product is received and validated by our team, the refund will be processed within **14 business days**.
Delayed or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing delay before a refund is shown. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
